  C.   D.Started writing for the PLATES Magazine in 2002 (Register back then)
       1. Wrote about attending my 1st convention in 2002.
       2.Written about numerous license plate bills in New Jersey

       4. Have contributed to Rich Dragon's Notes from the States
       5. Understand how the magazine business works
  D.Converted the New Jersey Section for new ALPCA Archives
  E. Co-founded ALPCA Garden State Region in 2008

       2. Worked with Marco Tramelli to start Garden State Region
       3. Negotiated with the Board in Salt Lake City
       4. The first meet made money

    a.While new members are encouraged, we should also strive to retain members already in the Club
